My name is Shannon Bishop, and I am the Maintenance Manager for Backcountry. I have been in the industrial maintenance field for 37 years covering textiles, automotive, water treatment and e-commerce. I have been fortunate enough to learn and work with some of the best technicians in the industry and now getting to pass those skills along to the next generation of technicians has been my greatest achievement. I have also done consulting work, project management, and training to help area businesses improve their maintenance staff as well.
My spare time is usually spent working on something. Old hotrods, motorcycles, or restoring vintage equipment. I am always learning and always working on something.
